Here’s how grandma cooked her delicious shrimp sinigang soup. Today, I’ve been thinking about what to cook for lunch. Something simple; cooking with no vegetables.
But I feel like to have soup in my menu. I ended up with this:
Minced garlic,
Onions, Ginger,
Cherries tomatoes (3 pcs) from our yard,
1lb. clean shelled medium size shrimps, and
a squeeze of lemon juice.
Then mix with chicken or vegetable bouillon into 2 cups of water. Simmer for 45 minutes. The result was a delicious shrimp sinigang soup!!!
