How to Prepare Meatballs for a Delicious Spaghetti
Here’s how my meatballs preparation for a delicious spaghetti dinner.
My Ingredients: 1 lb Ground beef mixed with 1 package of Sweet Italian sausage, chopped onions, ground garlic and pepper, chopped fresh parsley, oregano, salt, soy sauce, and 1 whole egg.
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Ensure all is evenly mixed and looks glossy. Roll about 2 tbsp for each meatball in the palm of your hands. (size really depends on your choice) Fry rolled meatballs until lightly brown.
Drain dry on a strainer. Set aside until meatballs cool down into room temperature. Store into a freezer for future use. Now you have a readily available meat ball for your delicious spaghetti.
