66 Year Old Grandma’s Beautiful Knitting: Knitting a beautiful piece of a project is one of the fun things I do to brighten my days. It keeps me busy and relaxes my body and mind. It also engages my brain in problem-solving aspects. I do have carpal tunnel syndrome but it doesn’t stop me from doing things. Furthermore, it’s a good exercise for my hands, fingers & palms.
I have knitted scarves for my daughter.
It’s easy to learn the basics of knitting:
First step. Know how to cast.
2nd: Know how to Purl & knit,
3rd: Make any design such as bonnet, scarfs, legging, etc.
I am now able to make my own scarf or cowl. I made my bonnet and cowl when I travel to Alaska with my sister. I have control of what design I like and of sizes.
Knitting kills time while traveling.
