Grandma66 prepared a delicious, tender, and mouth-watering barbecue baby back ribs for her grandson’s birthday party today.
In this article, she will show you how to cook barbecue baby back ribs in the oven.
Her recipe below will serve 6 to 8 people.
Ingredients: 2 lbs baby back pork ribs, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup soy sauce,
1/4 cup vinegar, 1 tbsp chili flakes, 1 qt or 1 can Dole 100% Pineapple juice.
Cut baby back ribs into 2 pieces each so as to fit in your aluminum foil (pan).
Place ribs in a big foil container enough to hold the marinating liquid.
Combine all ingredients and mix good. Then Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
The baby back ribs have been marinated overnight; it’s ready for baking.
Lay the ribs neatly on the baking pan;
pour 4 scoops of marinating liquid onto the ribs using a ladle and cover pan with aluminum foil tightly; these actions will ensure the meat will be flavorful, moist, and tender.
Set your oven to 250 degrees to slow cook the ribs for 2 hours.
Remove aluminum foil cover after 2 hours of baking; baste both sides of the ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce.
Increase oven temperature to 350 degrees; baste ribs again after 1 hour.
After 4 hours of baking, you would have a moist, tender, and mouth watering barbecue baby back ribs.
And that’s how Grandma66 cook her barbecue baby back ribs. She says it’s a “piece of cake.”
